Manager - Analytics Solution Design - CPG/Retail

Responsibilities -

As a part of the solutioning and implementation team, you- ll be responsible for developing Data Analytics led Retail/CPG related solutions onour AI based virtual analyst, and take them to prospective clients. In a highly charged and dynamic environment, your job will require the following -

- Design and develop scalable and configurable Retail solutions on Leni

- Solution to address the breadth of retail functions including Procurement, inventory management, sales & marketing, product & Pricing, SKUs & category management, channel management & Customer trends

- Understand data models, technology infrastructure to design product implementation solutions

- Work closely with the business development and sales teams to scope clients- needs and configure Leni to address the needs

- Lead a team of NLP analysts, data scientists, data engineers and business analysts to implement Leni for clients

- Assess market needs and contribute in introduction of new features and capabilities on Leni

- Sometimes, Write/Review code to scale product capabilities

A successful candidate will potentially have :

- 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in retail or CPG industry

- Experience in developing analytics led solutions in all or a few of the following in Retail/CPG - Supply chain, procurement & inventory management, Sales & marketing, Product analytics, pricing analytics, category management and customer analytics

- Deep understanding of the domain, key challenges faced by leading Manufacturing, CPG, Retail & Life Sciences firms and how analytical solutioning can help address those challenges

- Hands on experience in Segmentation, pricing, product modeling

- A good understanding of software applications and platforms specific to manufacturing function

- A master's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain/ MBA

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering/Stats/Economics discipline

- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A good understanding of the landscape of BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Answer Rocket, Looker etc.

- Hands-on experience in predictive modeling techniques like Forecasting, Optimization, Operations research, Regression, Classification, Clustering etc.

- Proficiency in R/Python/SQL

- A good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases
