Manager - Analytics - Pharma/Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)

1. Contribute to creating a roadmap for driving digital transformation and process improvement for the enterprise's operations.

a. Document the technology and product requirements and build use cases using the appropriate method for the business functions in conjunction with them. Clearly communicate processes, potential solutions, and use-cases through documentation, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and visuals

b. Work closely with decision makers in the different business lines to develop KPIs to track, in-depth technology requirements and data and analytics strategies. Identify areas and metrics to apply optimization or predictive analytics.

c. Work with business or functions in designing front-end business intelligence multi-dimensional dashboards in an effective manner.

2. Contribute to the data engineering aspect of the digital transformation in the areas of Data Management (map-reduce), modelling of data for analytical workloads, ETL and other modern data engineering techniques on cloud.

3. Be able to collect and provide relevant domain as well technical insights to fine tune the Data Analytics Models built and improve the accuracy and usability of outputs generated.

4. Drive the implementation, testing, evolution and maintenance of Digital Data Center.

5. Work to understand and challenge solutions proposed by vendors and partners.

6. Be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of solutions delivered to the Business.
