- Responsible for the development and customization of new and enhanced applications, systems and reporting tools to meet the Compliance area needs.

- Will work closely under the direction and supervisor of the Program Director, inputs from the individual compliance areas and also vision of the Chief Ethics & Compliance officer.

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting the creation, design of analytical reports and tools required to monitor the corporate compliance requirements . Develops customized applications to meet the company regulatory and internal compliance needs. This will include updates and changes to the existing compliance systems, development of new reporting tools, providing analytical data for store and corporate operations.

- Responsible of identifying technical and conceptual ideas to improve compliance monitoring and reporting, search for new and innovative technology solutions. This will include reviewing third party or industry reporting systems and solutions, leading internal teams to test and implement new technologies, etc.

- Responsible for providing ongoing direction, training and guidance on compliance system utilization to stakeholders across the enterprise.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

- Knowledgeable expertise with compliance systems, SQL, database administration and analytical systems.
