Manager - Analytics - Client Portfolio - BFSI (3-8 yrs)

Role :

The individual will work closely with the top management of the Bank in creating automated model for distribution, assignment and engagement of client portfolios within different business units and channels of the bank basis predefined attributes thereby leading to enhanced engagement and wallet share.

Responsibilities :

- Drive the bank wide automation of client distribution and assignment of client portfolio to various units and channels

- Create sharp business insights and dashboards on client value, lifecycle etc.

- Independently run queries on banks Enterprise Data Warehouse system for relevant customer insights and reports

- Identification of new opportunities in improving engagement model at various channel levels

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Post Graduation / B.Tech/B.E. from Tier 1 College in Engineering or Statistics/Mathematics

- Experience in analytics team of Banks/NBFCs especially in the domain of Decision Sciences/ Business Intelligence

- Ability to pick-up new skills and think from first principles to solve Business problems using Data analysis

- Experience in use of software such as SAS with hands-on ability to do statistical modelling

- Experience of working on EDW and Power BI .
