Job Description :
As a Senior Associate-Analytics you will :
- Partner with Stakeholders to develop new business with existing and new clients in Insurance domain
- Deliver advanced analytical insights to help grow the Insurance business of the clients
- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems
- Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members
- Manage projects and assist in managing Client Relationships
The Successful Applicant :
As a Successful Applicant you need to have :
- Masters degree in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics from Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE
- Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background
- 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry and exposure to building models in the Insurance domain is a must
- Detailed understanding of predictive modeling, data mining and other advanced analytical techniques
- Solid background in risk modeling with excellent exposure to building LGD/EAD/PD/BASEL models
- Excellent working knowledge of statistical modeling tools such as SAS, R, or similar
- Proven record of delivering significant business value from developing and implementing advanced analytical tools and insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple teams/functions
