Analytics - BFSI - Business Banking Specialist

Experience Level - 7 to 10 years

Location: Pune / Bangalore

Travel: The role may involve travel to South Africa and other African nations

Responsibilities :

- Leading the business banking analytics engagement for a large banking client at Company

- Define and deliver analytics strategy for the business banking portfolio

- Lead a team for 2 -3 analysts in an off-shore/on-shore model to execute analytics solutions in marketing and operations functions

- Align with client strategy, define business requirements/outcomes, create projects, manage communication and delivery

- Collaborate with Company technology teams already engaged with the client to maximize value delivered through analytics interventions

A successful candidate will potentially have

- 7 -10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects for banks and financial services organizations specifically in MSME/ SME segment

- A strong background in developing insights solutions, predictive models and strategies for marketing and operations

- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving

- Strong stake holder management, delivery management, project management and communication skills

- A good understanding of business banking functions

- A good understanding of database systems used in the banking industry
