1) Banca Channel Sales analytics &amp; business performance reporting ( 40%) - Analysis various business metrics, concern areas and basis recommend action points to the leadership team - Use various analytics tools / software for preparing effective deck - Manage all Banca channel database and prepare performance reports &amp; analytics dashboards - Track and update Banca MoU for Card, Cost, productivity etc. and actual performance - Single point of contact for all Banca channel business performance dashboards. - Prepare Review Reports by working closely with various stakeholders - Understand data &amp; business requirement and translate them into clear, crisp, accurate and effective business presentations. 2) Automation of information from system and maintain data repository (20%) - Maintain repository of Key Presentations, reports, letters, mails related to banca channel - Prepare and share MOM, Track Action taken reports. Follow up on action items 3) SBI &amp; Circle team requirement (20%) - Understand &amp; fulfill SBI &amp; Circle Sales Team requirement for data, reports, presentations, contest &amp; campaigns as per requirement - Support business &amp; team in various activities and projects 4) Coordinate SBI P-Review/Cenmac/YONO GC (15%) - Coordinating &amp; schedule P-reviews with SBI and other SBI card departments - Facilitating important business performance meets - Storage of all past presented deck and reviews 5) Trainings (5%) - Complete all assigned trainings on time - Effectiveness - Accuracy of reports - Innovation through usage of new tools - Positive Feedback from stake holders - Improvement in business matrix - Problem solving and Analytical skills. - Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Past work experience in business presentation preparing is must - Ability to work seamlessly with various departments - Should be a Post Graduate with Minimum of 5 years experience - Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications - Excellent track record in similar domain - No Barrier of industry
