Job Description
The GBAM ILQA performs Inline QA to ensure adherence to the Customer Identification program/ Client due diligence standards and thereby identify associate coaching, training and procedure needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality review on the KYC data and information collected on our clients
- Knowledge about the Due Diligence Tools; Bankers Almanac, Lexis Nexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Bloomberg, MINT, Hoovers, GuideStar, EDGAR etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Must have good personal computing, on-line research and analytical ability.
- Must be detail oriented, an independent thinker, and able to handle multiple cases concurrently requiring multi-tasking skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to coordinate communications with partners providing comprehensive, clear and concise factual information to collaborate in QA process.
- Lead a team of 10-12 Associates
Requirements :
Education
- Graduate
- Certifications If Any
- CAMS Certification is preferred
Experience Range
- 10+ years
Foundational skills
- People Manager Experience is a must
- AML KYC experience is must
- Familiarity with Global Banking and market products an advantage
- Knowledge on Types of Corporates
- Understanding of EDD & CDD/CIP
- Good Communication Skills
- CAMS certification preferred

- To ensure consistent delivery on Business metrics along with other new responsibilities and setting higher standards of self and Team performance

Work Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
