Manager/AM - Residential & Commercial Project

Position Goals & Key Performance Indicators:

- To ensure the Project Department completes all Projects as per the client expectation within time, approved cost and to the highest quality

- The incumbent has to do planning, budgeting, execution and handover of the building.

Key Performance metrics :

- Quality and currentness of design documentation for critical areas:

a) Change control

b) Historical records

- Project Completion timelines

- Quality of structural works

- Completeness and accuracy of design documentation

- Process Audit Scores.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In the role, the following illustrative list of responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

Planning:

- Prepare daily schedule of activities, supervise construction of civil structure, plumbing and fire fighting equipment, integration of electrical and HVAC. Verify the quality and quantities of the works executed and prepare RA Bills and weekly project reports.

- Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the consultants and ensure no over runs in the project.

Monitoring:

- Daily, weekly and monthly performance report of the project

Coordination:

- Coordination between the architect and consultants on one hand and contractor on the other hand for timely delivery of drawings and details.

Supervision and Bill verification:

- Supervising the works carried out by the contractor in terms of timely delivery and quality as per the specifications.

- Verifying the RA bills of contractors.

In charge of the safety and security of the project site as well as employees working in the project site.
