Desired Candidate Profile :

- Exposure to handling a team of around 4-6 members

- Sound understanding of the different tools for talent search

- Strong sourcing & Domain expertise in Banking

- Strong operational abilities

- Should be well equipped in handling headhunting & mapping assignments

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with intermediate level of MS office usage

- Strong client relationships & rapport

- Should have a proactive approach to work

- Strong negotiator

- Motivator
