Our clients are looking for accomplished Alliances & Partnerships professionals with an MBA (2 - years full time) with 5 - 8 years of strong and relevant experience with leading Banking / NBFC / Fintech organizations / Small Banking Financial / MFI organizations. Must have experience in building and nurturing alliances, and partners, especially with banks, BFSI, Platforms, Marketplaces, and Anchor enterprises.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile:

1. Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on the Pan-India level for relationships managed.

2. Develop new corporate tie-ups in Pan India and design structured finance solutions to suit corporate requirements.

3. Maintain relationships with corporate partner side relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless account management of Channel partners.

4. Work closely with internal Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations team to develop systems to serve the anchor partners best.

Candidate Profile:

1. The ideal candidate should be post graduate in business administration or an MBA (Premier institute).

2. Relevant Sales /BD experience in BFSI, Supply Chain Finance, FinTech, and building and nurturing alliances, and partners, especially with banks, BFSI, Platforms, Marketplaces, and Anchor enterprises.

3. Good understanding of digitization aspects as pertains to lending.

4. Be ok with the start-up (all-hands-on-deck) approach.

5. Have experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model.

6. Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit.

7. Experience in Supply Chain Finance will give the candidate a strong added advantage.

8. Comfortable with traveling pan-India for partner acquisition and relationship management responsibilities.
