Manager - Alliances & Partnership - SCF Product (8-12 yrs)

Description:

Purpose of the job:

The role would lead the overall alliance function and be the SPOC for all existing and to be developed relationships with Bank/ NBFC or business stakeholders such as JSWSL, Technology or Service Providers. Core for the role would revolve around ensuring JOPL creates best alliances and evolves with value creating partnerships. Alliances will also overlook the entire new to platform manufacturer relationships (from credit standpoint) that would consider us channel for sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a) SPOC for all partnerships and alliances developed and to be developed for the platform.

b) Partnerships to be developed with Banks and NBFC's are a critical function under this role and would have to be steered responsibility.

c) P&L driving responsibility would be driven by alliances in partnership with Sales RM's noting the pass-back commercials ploughed back from lenders.

d) Revising interest rates, credit comfort and commercials with lenders is key function.

e)Works closely with credit risk function and business teams to understand the kind of lender partners JOPL would need for business. These would not just end at a bunch of banks and NBFC's but extent to region specific lenders depending on the markets JOPL would cater in near future.

f) Alliance building with retail financiers for small ticket loans in case of retail homes business

g) Managing business partnerships and enriching it for business growth.

h) Stay updated on the developing trends in the credit side of business and evolve with such changes and direct the organization accordingly

Who can apply:

a) Min 8 of experience across banks with new age B2B platforms

b) Added advantage if worked in similar roles in past.

c) LC and SCF product knowledge.

d) Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfilment and problem solver and should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace.

e) Individual with network in the banking and NBFC space.

f) Experience of working in debt syndication space or consulting space will be a value add.

g) Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.

h) Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.

i) Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.

j) Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners.

k) Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.

l) Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.

m) Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.

n) Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

o) Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
