Manager - Alliances Operations - eCommerce (2-6 yrs)
- Creating campaigns for advertiser brands basis their requirements
- Brief and liaise with internal departments, such as Marketing, Design, Category, Operations and Warehouse, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
- Timely creation of Campaign analysis reports post campaign delivery
- Closing the loop on campaigns with PO releases, Invoice generation and follow ups on payments
- Work with advertiser brands and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials from them
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials basis specifications provided and provide formal sign off
- Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Maintain and report the Alliances monthly revenue
- Maintaining and managing Alliances Calendar of activities
- Maintaining our campaign management software
