Job Responsibilities-

To Drive the Revenue and Gross Margin objective of the organisation

- Relationship Management : The candidate is expected to build relationship with key stakeholders of Targeted Tier 1 system Integrators of the country.

- Funnel Development and Management : Candidate is expected to build strong pipeline of funnel with the targeted Tier 1 System Integrators and drive this funnel to conclusive and favourable closures

- The Candidate has to forge strong alliance with the Targeted System Integrators and make Eaton their preferred partner of choice for their electrical solution requirement ; Having formal agreements in place is desirable

- Candidate is expected to build strong partnership with the targeted Tier 1 System Integrators and build strong connect between the leadership team of the two organisation

- Training and Development of System Integrators Team : Candidate has to work consistently in upgrading and updating the skill sets of the Employees of Targeted System Integrators on Eaton Solutions

- Influential Leadership: Candidate should have strong leadership qualities to connect with the fellow internal sales team members and drive results through them

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the pre sales team and Consultant mapping team and ensure that the specification activity done by them is taken to the targeted System Integrators and ensure joint participation for the bid

- Planning and Forecasting : Candidate has to work with the internal planning team for accurate forecasting the required solutions based on his funnel developments and closure

- Marketing and Business Development : Candidate should represent Eaton in various forums and business development activities and articulate Eaton message clearly to the stakeholders

- Analytics / Market Intelligence/ Reporting : Candidate is expected to have strong analytical skills and market intelligence and use the above two to prepare strong reports and thus help the leadership team to take measured decisions

- The candidate should be self starter and self motivated to drive the results

- Candidate should have strong technical aptitude to enable clear articulation internally as well as to the targeted system integrators and thus be their trusted advisor

- Travel : 30% of the time
