Manager Agri Product Trial (Agri Company)

This is a role with a leading player in the Agriculture industry who wants to make their entire growing process mechanized. The Manager-Agri will be responsible to create a road map for new business model with a solution addressing the unfelt and customer needs by working closely with the key stakeholders. He will be responsible for doing the market research, execution of on the ground marketing activities, supporting projects team in doing field trails.

This is a PAN India role which would require you to travel extensively.

Key Responsibility:

- This role need to work with more focus on the specific marketing initiative identified as future business needs.

- To study the unfelt & future needs of the growers with mechanization as its solution

- The incumbent has to develop a feasible and workable business model with the detailed road map to take it forward

- He should be a good coordinator with the key stake holders viz. Farmers, PD Team, Sales Team, Trade partners, Ginners, Farm equipment/Engineering Companies & Govt. agencies

- Potential business associates need to be identified and scope of partnering with them need to be proposed

Desired Qualification:

- UG: B.Tech (Agriculture)

- PG: MBA/PGDM (Agri Business preferred) from a top B school in Agriculture marketing

Desired Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience of working in farm equipment or allied industries in marketing

Desired Competencies:

- Effective communication skills

- Good Coordination skills

- Comfortable/familiar to agri space

- Ability to travel extensively

- Experience in Market Alliances would be an added advantage

- Experience in managing stakeholders
