Manager - After Sales - Shipping Marine Industry

Profile-

1. Ex-Indian Navy Short Service Commissioned Officer with 10-15 years- service (total of within & outside Navy).

2. Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Marine Engineering

3. Experience with Diesel engines will be preferred.

4. Experience of serving at Naval / Regional Headquarters, Material Organisations or Maintenance Units, Navy desirable.

5. Location: New Delhi

Role

1. Leading, managing and developing Aftersales (Service & Parts) team.

2. Manage team utilization effectively.

3. Develop & motivate team to excellence.

4. Ensure projects are managed within budget.

Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring effectiveness of the team, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement.

2. Managing the quotation process and timely completion of all customer proposals.

3. Oversee submission of Service & Spares Offers to Customers.

4. Support Customer queries related to offers / Service Jobs.

5. Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, consistently applied and documented.

6. Instill a high-performance culture in the team with focus on team work, customer proposals & follow-up, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues.

7. Develop & motivate team to excellence. Encourage open communication between team members to achieve organizational objectives.

8. Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of hours as required.

9. To achieve customer satisfaction by responding in minimum possible time.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction and grow the relationship.
