- Deep-dive into campaign data to figure out what's working and what's not.
- Test new ideas, tweak commissions, and find ways to keep affiliates engaged and motivated.
- Build clear reporting systems that show real progress (and make our wins visible).
- Partner with internal teams (content, analytics, social) to make affiliate campaigns shine.
- Share feedback, align on strategies, and ensure smooth execution across the board.
- Potentially lead a small team as we grow, guiding them to deliver strong results.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of what's trending in affiliate marketing.
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and approaches to stay competitive.
- Be the go-to person for fresh ideas and smart strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital strategy, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving growth through affiliate programs.
- A knack for building relationships and getting people excited about what you're working on.
- Strong analytical skills-you can look at numbers and know exactly what's going on.
- Confidence to take charge, adapt on the fly, and own results.
