Job Role :
- Identifying, comprehending and clearly articulating customers' requirements to generate an end-to-end advertising solution.
- Analysing and elevating customer's consumption of contract, adoption of the product and generation of upsell or cross-sell.
- Working with clients to improve the paid service itself and its alignment with the client's core business.
- Establish and nurture relationships built on trust with every new customer, develop client and agency champions, and identify key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and find suitable campaigns
- Capture development areas for product improvement and closed looping with product managers and engineering for necessary corrective actions.
Essential Requirement :
- Bachelors/ MBA preferred ( Engineering colleges preferred)
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in paid social account management at a brand, agency or technology.
- Building and optimising paid social campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate issues clients are facing and plans on how to solve them.
- Experience in running Campaigns like Google , FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram
- Experience of building ads, Planning and creation of campaigns.
- Experience working in customer facing roles.
- (Shift Timing; 2 pm-11 PM Afternoon to Night shift (Comfort with working timings, long working hours towards & post midnight).
