Manager - Advanced Analytics - R/Python - Consulting Firm

Responsibilities:

- Leading the overall client engagement & the day to day delivery

- Identifying opportunities in Analytics space for clients

- Generating insights through a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques

- Providing Analytical support for marketing campaigns, develop statistical models, customer segmentation and targeting, in order to mine opportunities and drive marketing improvement

- Delivering on timelines and provide recommendations on process improvements

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, with high exposure to international clients

- Strong automation and data mining experience. Knowledge in SQL & Tableau will be preferred

- Possess knowledge of various Research & Analytical softwares like, R software, SPSS, MS office, etc., Research Analysis (Quantitative & Qualitative), Project Management, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting & Segmentation, structuring customized solutions to meet customer's specific needs.

- Knowledge of SQL & visualization tools like Tableau

- Strong client and people management experience.
