Manager - Advance Analytics - Retail/Healthcare/BFSI

We can look for people with any domain expertise (he / she must have handled more than 2-3 domain client for e.g - Retail + Healthcare + Financial Service). We are looking for experienced leaders with strong analytics background

- Team Management is must as he would be handling 20 members team size.

Candidate must have 10 yrs of min exp (Mandatory)

- Candidate with Strong pedigree

- Look for candidates who have build analytics application.

The Analytics Managers will work as an integral part of business analytics teams in India alongside consultants and product managers in the U.S., leading teams for analytics providing business recommendations to project teams, and helping provide leadership to the Analytics practice.

Education : B.Tech / B.E. / Masters Degree / M.Phil. / MBA from reputed institute(s) with relevant experience

Required Skills :

Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:

- Experience of having excelled in consulting / analytics environment

- Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background

- Managed highly skilled and knowledge intensive teams

- Experience of working in data products is desired

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, intellectual capital development, staffing, marketing, branding

- Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members

- Passionate about improving analytics IP through iterative product development cycles

- Supported sales and business development activities

- Passion for building teams

- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression ( Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART / CHAID, etc.

- Knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS / SPSS

Leadership :

- Manage a 16 -20 member team working on analytics

- Work closely with the Analytics Practice and Firm leadership to grow the practice

- Liaise with product managers to ensure a robust development pipeline for analytics apps

- Partner with innovation team to build more data science capability in the team

- Help develop careers of and mentor junior team members

Project Delivery and Management :

- Manage communication and analytics development of apps between India and US teams

- Manage stakeholder expectations, presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions

- Manage team members proactively

- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall app development objective

- Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by team

- Help assess the impact of work, and conduct so-what analysis

- Develop story lines and make presentations

Firm Building & Intellectual Capital Development :

- Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other IC development activities

- Lead thought leadership efforts, generate new ideas for intellectual capital development

- Develop Practice point-of-view on emerging issues and challenges in the areas of business analytics across industries

- Lead recruitment efforts in India; lead campus and off-campus branding efforts in India
