Key Deliverables for this position:
- Liaison with Govt Authorities (Labour office, Police, Local Politician etc.)
- Upkeep and maintenance of facilities such as Guest House, Canteen, Garden, Admin Building, Factory Peripheral area
- Responsible for House Keeping of Plants - Toilets, Canteen,
Security Management:
- Supervise the construction activities and the related compliance
- Travel management (Cleartrip, rail & taxi booking, hotel, etc)
- Stationery management, event management, canteen management, Guest House Management
- Cost saving measures (electricity, office space, courier, communication, etc)
- Bringing in automation (implementation of electronic attendance system and access control)
- Setting up new facilities viz. Office, guest house, renovation of existing infrastructure on need basis
- Vendor management - sourcing all Admin requirements
- General discipline, Health, Safety & Security of employees at work place
Key Performance Indicators:
- Security Management
- Up-keeping of facilities including Housekeeping of Plants
- Liasoning with Government agencies, Local Politician etc.,
