Manager - Administration - Manufacturing

Administering various administrative functions & leading the team ( Canteen : 2000 + dinners per shift in different shifts, employee Transportation : 40+ buses per shift in different shifts & other company vehicles like cars, Fire tenders, Ambulance etc., Housekeeping : of large premises 300-400 acres, Guest house operation, Horticulture : on large areas etc.,)

- Administering the effective utilization of manpower/resources in all administrative functions

- Ensuring optimum/ effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment in the work premises

- Liaising and efficiently co-coordinating with the various vendors/other organizations for the finalization of deliveries as per service level agreements.

- Providing timely Transport & canteen facility in all three shifts to around total 4,000 employees.

- Fleet management for Senior Executive vehicles

- Preferably having exposure of Travel desk management, Courier services etc.

- Taking various initiatives for Employee Engagement.

- Preparing & Submitting various MIS to Management
