1. Work with the schools Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board in devising strategy. 2. Having an overall responsibility for the school administrative systems and procedures including but not limited to procurement of school supplies, books, uniforms etc.; vendor management; front office & infirmary support services, bussing, field trip management, ECAs etc. 3. Preparation and forwarding of POs post approval from Division Head/s. 4. Monitoring costs for consumables and capex goods. 5. Transport Management. 6.&nbsp;Vendor Management 7.&nbsp;Maintenance of Office Premises including AMC, Repair of assets etc. 8.&nbsp;Liasoning/Coordination with the Accounts (regarding payments, requisitions, clarifications etc.), Events and Facilities teams. 9.&nbsp;Arranging / Booking vehicles for visitors 10.&nbsp;Co-ordination with other departments for school events. 11.&nbsp;Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. 12.&nbsp;Comply with all regulations; monitor cost and expenses; liaise with the corporate office 13.&nbsp;Make effective use of all resources available to the department, nurturing the strength and aspirations of existing key personnel.
