Manager - Administration & Facilities - FMCG/Healthcare/Oil & Gas - Ex Defence

- Responsible for managing transportation facility for employees and guests.

- Responsible for hotel arrangement for guest.

- Responsible for arranging accommodation for new joinees.

- Responsible for developing various vendors for transportation, hospitality and contractual manpower.

- Responsible to ensure proper housekeeping in company premises, it includes plant, administrative office.

- Responsible for ticket booking and coordinate whole travel of employees as well as guests both domestic & international.

- Responsible for proper operation of canteen, pantry services, security, gardening and courier.

- Responsible for overall security of the plant.

- Over all responsible for hospitality and managing various events like birthday celebration, annual day celebration, family get together reward and recognition and formal parties.

- Responsible for visa processing of employees and expatriates.

- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with government officials, private industry officials, professional personnel, and others.

- Admin manager is also responsible for training his subordinates and evaluating their performance as they participate in growth of the organization.
