JOB DESCRIPTION Duties and responsibilities: Facility : - Handling complete Facilities (Safety, Security, Repair, Fire Fighting system, Pest Control, Water Supply), infrastructure set up &amp; maintenance. - Responsible for maintenance of office infrastructure including operations &amp; maintenance of office equipment. - Will be responsible for inventory / material management - Renewal of AMCs - Regular interaction / coordination with the Head of the Institutions through formal and informal meetings for overall smooth operations. Transport : - Responsible for effective management of Transport, vehicle utilization and maintenance. - Timely running of Routes. - Ensuring 100% Compliance - as per guidelines provided by Government Agencies from time to time - Timely renewals of Insurance, Fitness and other related documents for the vehicles. Vendor Management - Vendor management including evaluations, maintaining of approved vendor list, vendor audits etc. Liasion - Liaisioning with Government Departments &amp; Agencies for ensuring seamless functioning and operations. Financial - To ensure effective control and regular monitoring of all the Admin related expenses and report the same to management on a regular basis. - Identify &amp; implement opportunities for Cost optimization at all times. Compliance - Ensure that the statutory requirements related to the admin functions are complied with. - Ensure nil statutory violations. Other Activities - Take feedback from the internal customers and ensure maximization of the satisfaction. - To ensure that all admin related procedures are strictly followed. - Effective implementation of Administration processes and systems. - Periodic surveys on office facilities. - Cost saving measures. - Statutory compliance. - Other key management attributes &amp; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as specified by Vice Chairman / Head Admin &amp; Estate Desired Skills : - Analytical Skills - Computer Literate - Able to work under pressure - Strong communication skills - Strong influencing skills - Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail - High standards of personal ethics and integrity - Interpersonal skills - Delegation skills - Negotiation skills Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
