Manager - Ad Sales - TV

- Responsible for generating revenues from Advertising Sales, On screen, Off screen & retail space

- Responsible for setting up, maintaining & continuing robust sales process and also executing new channels for overall sales revenues

- Responsible for drawing company wide sales plans in line with annual sales budgets & company business plans

- Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through Off Screen and On Screen Advertisements

- Responsible for realization of sales and timely collection and receivables

- Establishes high level/s of accuracy and process consistency in planning, forecasting and achieving budgets

- Maintain Sales team resources - coaching, training and development and monitoring of sales teams and create an efficient sales organization

- Responsible for making high performance sales team

- Proactively identify changes in Industry and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies accordingly
