A diligent Chartered Accountant with experience in financial and accounting advisory, engaged across sectors.

- Advised in structuring of complex transaction relating to financial instruments, consolidation, debt-equity, de-recognition, modification, lease accounting, revenue accounting etc. (under Ind AS / IFRS) from accounting, financial reporting and regulatory perspective;

- Assisted in review of Firm's technical consultations w.r.t. Financial Instruments and consolidation;

Mode: Work from office

- We are looking out for qualified CA's.

- Should have good working knowledge on Technical accounting, Ind AS or IFRS.

- Experience in GAAP conversion or IFRS implementation.
