Manager - Actuarial - IFRS

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Ind/IFRS Compliant Financial statement and related reporting templets

- Responsible for Gap Analysis, Financial Impact Assessment

- Responsible for Creating concept / Position papers

- Preparation of IFRS Charts of Accounts and Accounting hierarchies

- Responsible for Creating accounting events for IFRS accounting and SOP framework

- Act as a SPOC for all IFRS related deliverables

KRA's For the Position would be:

- Acting as a Project Lead from Finance function & driving the projects

- Preparation of position and concept papers for enabling Management decision

- Stakeholder Coordination - Regulators, Shareholders & cross Functional

- Timey & Accurate Preparation of Ins AS / IFRS Complaint Financial Statements and Related reporting deck

- Set up of accounting framework - IFRS Chart of accounts . accounting hierarchies, for creating accounting events for IFRS accounting and SOP framework

- Preparation of excel models for generation of accounting for specific transaction

- Evaluating systems options and related structuring

Job Specification :

- CA with experience Financial accounting and reporting, preferably in Insurance Industry

- Must have experience in IFRS with cycle implementation exposure

- Exposure of IFRS 17 / IFRS 9 / IFRS 4 / IFRS Implementation

- Expert Knowledge of Excel , Excel Modelling skills

Other Skills : Insurance knowledge , Excellent Communication Skills, Self Starter
