Manager - Actuarial - Consulting Firm

- People Management - Typically managing a team of 8-12 colleagues (may vary depending on the overall team size) and reporting into the Service Manager (head of the unit).

- Project Management - Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management

- Manages small to mid-size projects independently. Acts as a strong PM on new or complex valuations.

- Able to complete valuations efficiently and accurately without direction and can explain results to the AM/PM.

- Understands technical topics beyond just knowing what they are and able to make reasonable interpretations of how they apply to various valuations.

- May have developed unique expertise in a particular area (for example, extensive experience high complex valuations on big client) and therefore can become the - go to- person as a - doer- in that area.
