Manager (Activation & Transformation)

- Role will involve planning & execution of trade activations, consumer demand generation, loyalty programs and other trade marketing promotions/programs for all categories at the regional level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall Top Line Business for the Regional Channel.

- Drive initiatives such as coverage expansion, activations, trade promotions etc along with Regional Sales Team.

- Analyzing data and driving optimal portfolio mix for the channel by geography.

- Planning and driving NPD executions in rural channel along with Regional Sales Team.

- Collaborate & co-ordinate with respective category marketing teams to execute the brand / State wise value & volume plans for the channel.

- Able to analyze data, come up with insights and execute plans to drive category goals, market share objective and sales performance across Regional Level.

- Influence field sales leadership team to align to Category, Brand & Channel strategy.

- Develop impactful promotional concepts and trade activation mechanisms specific to the channel.

- Understanding of channel by geography and ability to take rational decisions by categories to enhance business.

- Ability to co-ordinate with all stakeholders at the field level, Customer marketing team and marketing team to seamlessly manage communication and execution of category/channel strategies.

- Responsible for continuously evaluating Infra & come up with interventions/plan to optimize cost & increase reach.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with Minimum 7+ years of exp. within a large Indian or multinational organization preferably in FMCG/ Auto/ Paint/ Cement Industry.

2. Strong executional ability for merchandizing and activations.

3. Excellent relationship management skills to manage customers.

4. Commercial Acumen to drive category and business plans.

5. Ability to influence/negotiate with external stakeholders (agencies/operators).

6. Interpersonal Skills to align and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
