EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Product Mix Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.
Acquisition Roll Out Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers)
To design Sales team & trade targets and develop schemes to acquire customers
Quality of Acquisition Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
Service Delivery Training of all customer services & back end teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
1. High level of coordination both at the backend & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done thru- planning & meticulous execution.
2. High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done thru- market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team
