Manager - Accounts & Treasury - CA

- Responsible for preparation of Books and Accounts as per Indian GAAP.

- Responsible for monthly closing of Books - (creation of various provisions under IGAAP and Regulatory norms).

- Preparation of Financial Statement (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual).

- Responsible for checking of Payments and Employees Reimbursement as per company- s policies.

- Responsible for checking of Bank / cash / cheques reconciliations.

- TDS: Responsible for checking of computation / payments / filling of TDS returns.

- GST: Responsible for checking of computation / payments / filling of TDS returns.

- Responsible for Annual Tax audit and Annual GST audit.

- Preparation of daily liquidity position of the company and responsible for managing liquidity as per ALCO policy.

- Monitoring of all accounts and ensuring deployment of surplus funds to FD / MF on daily basis

- Chartered Accountant with 4-8 Years of Experience in Accounts & Treasury.
