Manager - Accounts - Steel Industry - CA/CMA (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Accounts Manager - Steel
Reporting to : CFO
Experience : 3 to 4 years in Manufacturing (preferably from steel industry)
Skill Sets : Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, SAP Business One, should be able to handle the work independently
Qualification : CA/CMA
- To manage the monthly imports and stock ins
- To supervise all financial assistants performance
- To reconcile production report vs stock and report variances/production loss
- To reconcile daily sales vs EFD reports
- To monitor internal control and accounting system
- Hands on Experience in using SAP Business one and Advanced Excel
- To develop, upgrade and improve upon existing procedure and whenever it is necessary
- To reconcile daily sales and collections, maintain outstanding reports and follow up with sales team for collections
- To collate and submit all statutory related details on a monthly basis
- To reconcile all cash and bank deposits with sales
- To assist seniors and management in other group companies works
