Manager - Accounts Receivables (8-12 yrs)
As part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS) AR team, we need to recruit a strong candidate to manage the Accounts Receivable function across our companies.
This candidate needs to ensure month-end closing activities, reporting, Ledger Clean-up, Issue resolution, Internal and external audit support, systems and other initiatives while on-boarding new businesses with FSS.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Managerial Accountabilities
- Experienced Accounting Team Leader to have directly managed 8 - 10 team members
- Manage both internal & External stakeholders
- Manage all AR functions and make sure all activities are managed
Functional Accountabilities
- Month-end closing activities, reporting, Ledger Clean-up, Issue resolution, Internal and external audit support, systems and other initiatives while on-boarding new businesses with FS
- Finance Shared Services working experience will be an advantage
- ERP knowledge required - Oracle R12 or Fusion
- Strongly inclined to process improvements and compliance
5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience and Technical Knowledge - Post graduate accountants required (qualified accountant will have an advantage)
- Strong communication skills - expected to manage multiple internal stakeholders
- Understands the Shared service function
Qualifications Degree in Accounting - Chartered Accountant a plus
