- Collection of outstanding balances from customers  - Maintaining correct customer balances with invoice-wise break-up  - Consistent and frequent follow-up with customers for collections  - Visits to customer for resolving issues and collecting dues  - Developing good rapport and business relations with payables teams of customers  - Supporting billing team for reconciliation of account balances and differences in bills with customers  - Correct accounting of customer balances  - Weekly follow up with SAMs  - Periodic follow-up with Region Heads for decentralized debtors  - Periodic follow-up with LOB heads for centralized debtors  - Monitoring and tracking penalty reversals and shortage deduction reversals and recovery from customers  - Automation - support   - Posting of JVs related to receivables or any other as may be assigned  - Analysis of debtors periodically as well as whenever required
