About the role

As a Manager AR, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance department. You should be well versed with Accounting principles & Standards and should be able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. Job will involve preparation of monthly MIS & accounts receivable dashboard for management reporting, whilst highlighting health of company receivables & potential debtor's problems. Supporting in regular statutory audits , adhoc business reporting's , training & development of account receivable team members.

What will you do day-to-day?

- Ensuring customers Pay on time & business partnering with Sales/Clients for overdue receivables

- Ensuring accuracy with respect to daily cheque collections and AR/Sales Accounting in customer ledger

- Preparation of debtors/Customer Outstanding statements on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

- Conducting Customers Reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps.

- Ensuring Credit Policy Implementation with Reduction in Credit Days/Credit Limits.

- Preparation of Customers Cash/Funds Flow Projections.

- Preparing DSO Analysis and Reduction in Credit Risk thru Optimising Debtors Turnover days.

- Monitoring debtor's balances and driving Dunning Process for Customer Balance Confirmations.

- Review of Customer Outstanding and Sales Order Management for release of dispatches.

- Ensuring completeness/maintenance of customer masters and compliance to KYC.

- Customer Claims Processing and compliance to SLA's with reduction in lead time.

- Ensuring Correct Billing/Invoicing to customers.

- Developing credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Finance & Company executives, building SOP, implementing and maintain ERP systems, procedures and policies, to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

What are we looking for?

- Education: CA/B.Com/M.Com/MBA-Finance

- Experience: 5-8 years in similar field

- Good business acumen for problem solving

- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders across business verticals

- Ability to handle multitasking in a demanding workload

- Excellent team work, organisation & communication skills (Oral/Written)

- Proficient in Tally & MS Office
