About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the Healthcare space. Having a global revenue of more than $10 billion and employee strength nearing 40000 they are making fast progress in the Indian market. With acquisitions and expansion plans in India they are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable process based out of their corporate office in Mumbai

Job Description - Reporting into the Operations Finance Controller, you will be handling a team of 8 professionals and your key responsibilities will include:

- SAP-Receivables management and implementing collection process to reduce the DSO's

- Streamlining the collections process on a PAN India basis and co-ordinating with the stock points for timely management of cash flow

- Maintaining general ledger integrity and ensuring an efficient monthly book closure process

- Co-ordinating between the commercial and logistics team in the region

- Managing the sales accounting process and complying with the internal controls

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post qualification experience within the Manufacturing/FMCG sector/ Pharmaceutical industry.

- Previous experience in the credit control space in mandatory.

- You possess the ability to initiate and formulate process improvement methods in the finance domain.

- You have strong inter-personal skills and a solid track record of leading a competent team.
