Manager - Accounts - Real Estate - CA

Essential:

- CA with minimum 4 years of experience

- Excellent IT skills incl. MS Office, Advanced Excel, Accounting Systems

- Should have hands-on Accounting and Taxation Knowledge

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities along with leadership skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Competent in team building and decision making

Advantageous:

- Experience of working for a real estate developer or construction contractor

- Experience of Sage 300 accounting system

Profile:

- The candidate will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day accounts department operations as well as all matters pertaining to direct and indirect taxation of the organisation

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

- Day-to-day accounts works such as bills processing, entries in accounting system, preparation of MIS, etc.

- Attend to routine matters of Internal/External Auditor

- Preparation of Financial Statements in various formats

- Making presentations as and when required

- Maintenance of various trackers

- Any other tasks as and when required by HOD
