Manager - Accounts - Pharma/OTC (10-15 yrs)
Urgent vacancy for the position of Manager Accounts with a MNC Pharma / OTC Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily transactions like payments, receipts, sales, purchase, and stock movements are properly captured in the accounting system.
- Ensure reconciliation of all bank accounts, Receivable Accounts, Payable Accounts.
- Act as a custodian of fixed assets, stocks and other assets of the entity.
- Review price cascades, costing standards & advice Business Manager on observation & deviations.
- Timely preparation & review of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly MIS reports, preparation & presentation of monthly management accounts to Head Office.
- Preparation of monthly budgets and variance analysis.
- Analyse Cash flow, Financial Ratios and expenses to guide Business Manager.
- Review & implement internal control procedures and manage cost control measures.
- Co - ordinate with Auditors and Regulatory Authorities like Tax etc. to ensure that the regulatory requirements are complied with in a timely manner.
- Timely completion of year end statutory audit & filing tax returns
