Manager - Accounts Payable - E-commerce

We have been retained by a leading e-commerce startup to hire a Manager- Accounts Payable.

Please note : You must be a CA/ICWA/MBA Finance followed with around 10+ years of Accounts payable experience.

Key responsibilities include :

1. Manage and supervise the accounts payable department and team

2. Review all payments that are made by the company and oversee all payment transactions

3. Manage functions like maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting.

4. Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.

5. Keep track of the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as and when requested by supervisors.

6. Keep track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors and contractors.

7. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records and control reports.

8. Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

9. Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.

To fit the bill, you must have :

- 10+ years of experience

- Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.

- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.

- High management skills for day to day operations.
