Manager - Accounts Payable - BPO - CA

Responsibilities -

- Supervise a team in managing Accounts Payable, AP disbursements, Vendor Master Creation/Maintenance

- Ensures Accuracy and timeliness in invoice booking and Vendor Payments

- Knowledge of Tax Laws relating to withholding Tax under various categories and its compliance

- Develops, implements and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines

- Experience in managing the monthly closing of financial records, posting of month end information and ensures the accuracy of numbers posted in the books

- Provides accounting assistance to the team and the operating staff, responds to financial questions, concerns to meet business needs

- Acts as a liaison between the business client and the SSC Team to meet information needs.

- Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers/stakeholders

- Drive efficiency, accuracy and value- added initiatives

- Adheres to all SOX/Control requirements

- Handling audit queries and resolution in a timely manner

- Adhering to KPI/SLAs in AP, AR and TCM

Qualification, Experience/Competencies -

- Chartered Accountant

- Exceptional people management skills

- Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management

- Experience in automation or transformation of F&A processes

Team Management

- Experience in team leading is must

- Assist and support the training and development of team members to meet the expected skills required to perform at role level

- Ensure team stability and team synergy

Other Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and other stakeholders

- Strong analytical, Time Management and Good Presentation skills

- Organized with keen attention to detail

Technology/ERP

- Must have substantial ERP experience SAP, Oracle, D365, Blackline

- Understanding of latest tools and technology Workflow, Digital Dashboards

- Expert working knowledge of MS office with advance excel
