Location: Bangalore

Salary: 15-18 Lakhs + Performance Bonus

- We are looking for self-motivated, energetic, and experienced Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant with 5-to-8-years of experience to join us as Transactions Controller.

- The incumbent should have relevant experience in managing Accounts Payable and overseeing General Ledger Functions in a profit center centric environment, with working knowledge of SAP (preferable), GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory laws. The incumbent's key Responsibility areas will include:

- Overseeing Monthly books close of the firm (multiple legal entities).

- Review of General Ledger and ensuring all costs are appropriately accounted to ensure accuracy of monthly MIS reports.

- Oversight of Accounts Payable team and function with responsibility to identify process gaps, bring in process efficiency and develop a robust MIS for the same.

- Develop and execute a documented process to ensure newly acquired subsidiaries are properly integrated into finance framework.

- Ensure systems and processes are evaluated periodically to avoid any tax leakages and ensure compliance with GST and other relevant statutory requirements.

- Preparation of SOPs for various processes within the domain.

- Groom a high performing team of 6 to 8 resources and develop succession and career planning within the team.

- Evaluate existing processes & systems and make recommendations for automation where possible.

- Custodian to implement internal controls and responsible to carry out statutory and internal audit in assigned areas.

- Be an active part of the IndAS implementation team.

- Oversight of basic Treasury functions and ensuring banking relationships are strongly held to ensure seamless transaction processing.

- Incumbent should have strong communication skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to handle various internal business stakeholders independently. A solution-oriented approach, deep understanding of the accounting concepts under varied GAAP, working knowledge of MS office are a must.
