Manager - Accounts Payable

Location : Noida.

Minimum Criterion: Qualification CA or ICMA or MBA Finance.

Experience 6-10 years.

Industry Preference: Retail/SSC.

Domain Preference:

- AP, Finance & Accounts- (Domestic).

- Client Management experience.

Language: Fluent English.

- Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance.

- Team Management Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training.

- Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning. Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc.).

- Process simplification initiatives.

- Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management.

- Ensuring internal governance review of region.

- Building relationship with client to extend the relationship base.

- Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited. (internal as well as statutory).

- Monitoring of project financial and ensuring set budgets are achieved.
