Manager - Accounts - Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Establish reconciliation on monthly basis
- Liaising wand enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Checking vendor invoices with purchase order/agreement and sending the same for approval.
- Prepare bank with banking department for offshore payment processing to vendors
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are in timely and accurate manner
- Processing the payroll with payment of EPF, ETF and PAYE on monthly basis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
- Stock statement on monthly basis
- Effective co-ordination with global offices for timely completion of various law, audit related compliances and filings
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Responsible for finalizing the financial statements with schedules as per countries accounting standards
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction
- Prepare and maintain FAR (Fixed Asset Register) on quarterly basis
- Preparation and submission of MIS reports to Management on monthly basis
- Coordinate with India and global offices for smooth functioning of accounting operations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Basic Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Commerce
- Advance Qualification: Inter CA (preferred)/ Master degree in Commerce/Management specialization in Finance
