Position - Manager Accounts(Insurance),

Location : Waluj, Aurangabad.

Experience 10-15 Years.

- Insurance of Assets,

- Insurance of employee-related matters,

- Claim / recovery exposures,

- Interpersonal Skill, Negotiation & Documentation etc,

- SAP & MIS knowledge is preferable,

- Accounting Background

- Scrap Management

- Risk Management, Petty cash, Transport issues etc

- Claim Management/ Risk Analysis/ MIS

- Making MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. monthly savings & claim settlement as per the requirement of management.

- Discussing and designing the cover specific to suit company needs

- Presenting a true & fair view of Insurance risk cover of the company by way of timely preparation of (Presentation and MIS).

- Handling customer complaints / queries & solving the same within TAT.

- Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.

- Managing Insurance portfolio of the company - Liability, Marine, D&O, Asset, Cyber, Group Medical & Term Insurance

- Job involves product customisation, claim servicing and maintaining healthy claim ratios in coordination with Insurers.

- Preparation of Insurance manuals and imparting training to the respective departments.

- Presentation to the internal stakeholders and management on the insurance costing & claims.

- Job involves floating the RFQs and coordination with Brokers and Insurers

- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytic skills with demonstrated abilities in customer relationship management.
