Manager - Accounts - Qualified CA only

- Overall ownership of books of accounts for the organization. Ensuring books of accounts are updated real-time and accurately.

- Ensuring all the taxation effect are given correctly

- Preparation of data for submission to investors

- Budgeting - global OPEX budgeting

- Ledger scrutiny

- Monthly analysis of MIS and report in case of any major Variance (monthly and yearly comparison)

- Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts and global consolidation Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS as per the TAT

- Preparation & presentation of annual accounts of the company as per statutory requirement

- Effective utilization of available resources and ensuring departmental goals are met.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Statutory & Internal Audit:

- Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Internal audit and Statutory Audit. Review & follow up internal auditors- observation for taking corrective and preventive actions. Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Statutory Audit

Critical skills as required :

1. Finalization of accounts as per IND AS & IFRS

2. Consolidation of accounts for various legal entities within India and globally

3. Through understanding of SAP FI & CO module

4. Budgeting, Forecasting exposure with consolidation & elimination process

5. Cash flow statement based on financial statements with ratio analysis & GL scrutiny etc
