Account Manager

This person reports to the Finance Controller, India. He/ She is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and analyses of all facets of the financial operations of the company, including financial statement preparation, cash management, budget preparation and analyses, internal controls, and SOX compliances.

1. Perform month-end closing processes to allow for meaningful and accurate financial statements, reconciliation and consolidation processes, as well as reviewing and analyzing results.

2. Ensure any supplemental reports to the financial statements are available to Finance Controller. These reports are an essential part in evaluating our expense movement and provide a tool to identify areas of potential cost savings.

3. Assist Finance Controller in the AOP.

4. Verification of Sales Discount and Sales commission workings prepared by sales team based on agreements with the customers.

5. Preparation of Annual standard cost of raw material and finished products and updating the changes during the year.

6. Finalization annual accounts and ensure timely and accurate data / documents availability for Statutory Audit.

7. Support to IT Activities i.e. coordinating with SBO support team considering requirements of end users.

8. CA/ICWA with 6-10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, MIS, Costing.
