Manager Accounts & Finance @ Mumbai, India Our client is focused on social sector and they need to fill the following position asap. Position : Manager Accounts &amp; Finance Location : Mumbai Education : Qualified CA Experience : 2 - 4 years of relevant experience Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. This position will be responsible to support the HO finance function and report to AGM / DGM - Finance. The scope of work will be to ensure that all financial management i.e. budgets vs expenditure, donor financial reports, accounting process, MIS Reports, Salary Allocations across regions. This will require internal coordination &amp; collaboration with key focal points across region and head office team, as well as travel for review and monitoring visits in district offices. Responsible for accounting processes to ensure allocation of funds and expenses to the appropriate cost centres. Handling Petty cash payments, IOUs and proper accounting of the same. Up to date Book keeping in Tally version 9. Verification of all transactions for bills, authorization etc. prior to payments. Fund management. Attending internal Audit and external audits and giving necessary clarifications, liaison with auditors for smooth completion of Audit. 2. Tracking expenses of all cost centres, highlighting cost overruns and suggesting cost control measures based on analysis. Preparing MIS reports as required, on monthly basis and reporting back to AGM / DGM - Finance &amp; Accounts. Preparing MIS report for funders as required and reporting back to AGM / DGM - Finance &amp; Accounts. Conducting an Audit of Districts and clusters as per laid down Audit plan, at least twice a year. Ensuring all processes, systems and norms are followed in the Region ( including Districts and clusters). Prepare fund Request &amp; Utilization Report. Prepare Donor report (Audited &amp; Unaudited). 3. Should have good Domain knowledge and computer skills including Tally and MS Office. Good communication skills: both verbal and written English. Skills: Capable of good interpersonal interaction, Integrity, Result oriented, Flexibility, Capable of enforcing organizational norms and processes. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance &amp; Accounts Management and preference from social sector. He/she must be able to adhere to the highest ethical and moral standards with transparency. Ideal age-group is 26 to 29 Years.
