Location: Mumbai Reporting To: VP - Finance Job Responsibilities: - Only candidates from a Private Equity fund will be considered - Should be working in Finance &amp; Accounts Dept of any Private Equity Fund (candidates from non-private equity funds, kindly excuse) - Should be aware of financial planning analysis, budget projections, management accounts of Private Equity Fund - Should be involved in administration of accounting financial reporting, auditing, revenue collections, risk management and treasury for the Private Equity Fund and Manager entities - Should understand accounting from a Private Equity perspective - Should be involved in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements including revenue projections for Fund and Manager entities - Should be open to participating in key decisions as member of finance team - Assist Should be able to assist investment team on structuring of deal from tax and accounting perspective Qualifications : CA
