Accounts &amp; Finance Manager for a fast-growing global platform business. Job Responsibilities: - Processing &amp; Preparing Invoices Singapore &amp; India - Collections Follow-ups (Debtors Collection) Singapore &amp; India - Solving Bank Reconciliation queries for Outsized India &amp; Singapore. - Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments - Assist in all accounts payable and receivable. - TDS payments &amp; Return Filling calculation quarterly. - GST payment &amp; Return Filling calculation Monthly. - Assigning entries to proper accounts - Day to Day Transaction &amp; Banking - Provide external auditing services - Documentation &amp; filling - Payroll- India- Salary Processing &amp; Calculation and Payslips for all employees. - Obtain Signatures for financial documents. - Prepare monthly required reports. - Making Vendor/Consultant Payments &amp; Preparing Debit and Credit notes. - Making foreign remittance payment &amp; compliance - Monthly financial reporting for India - Monthly KPI reports, bringing together financial and sales pipeline data - P&amp;L and cash flow forecasts and managing weekly cash flows - Build consolidation and forecasting tools in Excel for the above - Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements - Coordination with our bank for various matters like FCGPR filling &amp; Remittance - Debtors &amp; Creditors Reconciliation as and when required. - Coordinate with CS for ROC related filling. - PF monthly calculation and compliance - Coordinate with Accountants to resolve any queries related to bookkeeping and adjustments. - Checking of expenses report from Receipt bank and resolve query if any - Maintain booked revenue sheet - Coordination with our bank for various matters - Coordinating and safe-keeping vendor and client contracting - Other ad-hoc finance and documentation related work If you are interested in this opportunity and meet all the necessary criteria, please apply.
